I want to order from your site. How do I place an order?
As wolphin, we provide online services and handle all your order transactions through the site.
You choose the product you need and add it to the cart, you load and pay, and you complete the order.
 
How long will it take for my orders to come? 
Delivery to all European countries are made  within 1 to 2 business days.
If your order is delivered to America it is estimated to come to  you within 2 to 3 days.
Note: DHL shipping company does not serve on Sundays. After you place your order within 6 days of delivery, the delivery process starts.
 
Can I return or exchange a product in case of an error?
wolphin accepts product returns for any errors that may occur, such as color difference, sending the wrong size, and pays back the order amount.

How to return the product?
Products should not be damaged or used
You can return your unused and unmodified products with your  receipt.
Earrings and similar personal use products cannot be exchanged or returned for hygienic reasons.

payment is done at the door but only with cash.
How can i pay?
Payments are made by credit card for online purchases. Master cards, credit cards such as visa can be used.
How can I track my order and delivery process?
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your order tracking number and the link you will use to track your order online. With online tracking system you will be able to follow your order.
What can I do if I receive the wrong product?
 
we receive the customer's signature when ordering the contracted cargo company. If you feel that you have not ordered the product after receiving the product, please email us at salea@wolphin.fr
can I get information about my order?
By opening the link sent to your email address you can get all the information about the delivery of your order.
How do I change my delivery address?
You can change the delivery address of your order by opening the link sent to your e-mail address.
I was not at the address on the day of delivery, what can I do?
 
If the courier arriving to you on the day of delivery does not find you, the next day the courier will come to your address again, if you are not found again, your order will be delivered back to the delivery center and you will need to take it from the delivery center within 7 days. If you want your order to be sent back to your address, you can open the link sent to your e-mail address and request it to be delivered to your address by reflecting the fee again or you can request to be delivered by calling the contracted DHL shipping company.
What can I do if my order is damaged?

can another person receive my order?
If you want another person to take your order, you can add the contact information you want to receive  by opening the link to your email address. Your order will not be delivered to anyone else unless instructed by you.
 
Can I change the delivery address of the order?
 
If you want your order to be delivered to another address, you can change the delivery address by opening the link from your email address.
How to return the product?
If you want to return the product you purchased, you have the right to withdraw for 15 days from the date you received the product.
You can return your unused and unmodified products with your  receipt.
